The New Year’s Refresh

For many, the new year is used as a time to reflect, reassess, and make plans for a better, brighter future. The reality is that many of us tend to give up on New Year’s resolutions after only a few weeks, but this year can be different.

It’s time for a resolution revolution. And it starts this Monday.

Instead of setting lofty, hard-to-maintain goals on January 1, focus on going week by week and recommitting every Monday

The New Year’s Refresh is a six-week series that uses the Healthy Monday Refresh to introduce a selection of recognized wellness concepts that support individual and organizational health goals. Each week includes short articles and simple practices that focus on physical activity, stress relief, and healthy eating. Topics range from deep breathing practices to small ways to move more to tips on stocking your pantry.

Use our free New Year’s Refresh Workbook to integrate what you learn each week into your routines.

Make yourself a Monday person and start the year strong!
